Maker Building Co. is a Knoxville, TN native. We are a local, family-owned business with over 20 years of experience in residential construction and remodeling.

Developed out of a love for making spaces more functional and aesthetically pleasing, we strive to make every client's project dreams come true. We are not satisfied until you are! Our motto is simple, "Do the right thing."

Michael Hebert

Michael Hebert is a licensed General Contractor with over 25 years of construction experience and knowledge. He has owned construction companies in three states and thrives on gaining knowledge to make residential spaces beautiful and functional.

Originally from Louisiana, Michael loves living in Tennessee and enjoys the true four seasons and outdoor activities the region offers. In his spare time, he enjoys hiking and spending time with his family.

Heather Hebert

Heather Hebert is the Controller at Maker Building Co. and a licensed Realtor. She enjoys working with clients to make their home dreams a reality through either home ownership or remodeling. She works with clients to make sure project communication and budgets are thorough and clear.

Heather has deep southern roots and enjoys East Tennessee's many outdoor areas. In her spare time, she enjoys crafting, flower gardening and activities with her family.
